"I called to get a quote for insurance today. I was looking for a policy that would hold me over for 6 months to a year while awaiting open enrollment. They refused to give me a quote stating that it was a waste of time. I was served by another agent with no issue. For future reference, people buy insurance to suit their needs and not the needs of the insurance agent."
